Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.
Covala is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Covala is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Covala is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages
