30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all eligible purchases. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items should not be returned in heavily used, unsanitary, or intentionally damaged condition .

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at covalasupport@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
